Optical Counter

Part Presence Detector

The mobile phone assemblers favorite!

 

Checks mobile phones to ensure all parts are installed.  If part(s) are missing, a buzzer will sound and a LED will light up to indicate which part is suspect.  Circuit boards are designed to upgrade from one product rev to the next.  A fail proof winner for sure!
